The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) Defense Sciences Office (DSO) is sponsoring an Information Session webcast to provide information to potential proposers on the objectives of the anticipated Selective Harnessing of Intrinsic Neuroplasticity Engineering (SHINE) Disruption Opportunity (DO).
