Privacy Policy

Grant Sweep has no user accounts and requires no personal information to use. We don’t run ads, we don’t sell data, and we set no tracking cookies. The only information you can choose to send us is what you type into our feedback forms.

• Server logs. Our hosting provider (Vercel) records standard request logs — IP address, user agent, pages requested, timestamps — which we use only to operate the service, diagnose problems, and protect it from abuse. These logs are retained per the hosting provider’s standard retention and are not combined with any other data about you.
• Usage analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics for aggregate, privacy-friendly usage statistics (page views, referrers, country, device type). It sets no cookies and identifies visitors only by a daily-rotating anonymous hash — it cannot track you individually or across sites.
• Feedback you submit. If you use the “missing a grant” or general feedback forms, we store what you type — the message and, only if you choose to provide it, your email address (used solely to follow up on your feedback, never for marketing or sharing). Submitting an email address is always optional. Submissions are also forwarded to our inbox through our email delivery provider (Resend), which processes them only to deliver that notification. To have a submission deleted, contact us at the address below.

The service sets no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Any cookies present are strictly functional ones set by the hosting platform to serve the site.

Listings link out to funder websites (Grants.gov, foundation pages, state portals). Those sites have their own privacy practices, which we don’t control — this policy covers only this service.

If our data practices change — for example, when user accounts and email alerts launch — this page will be updated first, with a new effective date, before any new collection begins.
